Vinayaga Jewellery offers a hassle-free 30-day exchange and money-back policy.
If you are not satisfied with a product, we provide a 100% exchange or refund on the invoice value.

Products (except Non-Exchangeable items and Gold Coins) can be returned within 5 days of purchase.
The value of the returned jewellery must not exceed ₹1,00,000/-.

If a customer makes a double payment, the excess amount will be refunded within 10 days.

Gifts
Gifts may be returned for a full refund within 5 days of delivery.
The original gift receipt must be provided by the recipient.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our customer service team to request a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
  2. Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
  3. Submit the product, receipt, and RMA number at our store.
  4. Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive the item.

Please Note

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unaltered.
  • Customized items are not eligible for return.
  • Customers are responsible for travel costs while returning items.
