8. Termination of Agreement

  • Upon termination, users must immediately delete or destroy any downloaded or copied materials obtained from the website or app.
  • Termination does not absolve users of any outstanding payment obligations.

  • Users may request termination of their membership by writing to us.
  • Such requests will be processed within 15 business days.
  • Any outstanding dues must be cleared before termination is finalized.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Sri Vinayaga Jewellery shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
